How long does it take to receive my key?
Your key is sent by email as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. Remember to check your spam folder.
My key won't activate. What should I do?
Check that the installed version matches your licence, then follow our activation guides. If the problem persists, send us the error message via the form: we will help you, or replace the key in line with our refund policy.
How do I get an invoice?
Choose the “Invoice request” subject and enter your order number and, if needed, your company name and address.
Do you offer business pricing?
Yes: a discount applies automatically from 2 licences (−10%) and from 5 licences (−15%). For more than 10 licences, choose the “Business quote” subject for a tailored offer.
